Are the recipes safe to make?

Every recipe was reviewed for food safety, and the cookbook prints USDA safe minimum internal temperatures on page 3. Check ingredient labels for allergens.

No. They're independent guides checked against official sources in October 2026. Rules change, so each guide shows you where to confirm the current version before you act.

Is this connected to the military or the VA?
